Mumbai cat killings: 20 found dead; Rs 50k reward to trace mystery killer(s)

Nearly twenty cats were found killed and mutilated in Chembur’s Panjrapole area. Local caregiver Rubeena Pathan reported the disturbing discovery to the police. PETA India has announced a reward for information leading to the culprits’ arrest. Police are reviewing CCTV footage to identify the perpetrators of this cruelty. The case is registered under animal cruelty and penal code sections.
