NSE’s mega IPO crosses full subscription mark with strong institutional demand

The National Stock Exchange of India’s IPO saw full subscription on its second day. Strong demand from institutional investors drove the significant subscription levels. Qualified Institutional Buyers and non-institutional investors showed robust interest in the offering. The IPO is an entirely an offer for sale, with proceeds going to selling shareholders. NSE shares are expected to debut on the market on September twenty-fourth.
