Oakland woman lost $12,145 after scammers posed as Charles Schwab security

An Oakland woman says scammers posing as Charles Schwab security drained her entire $12,145 investment account after a frantic phone call. She denies sharing any information, while Schwab said its investigation found that a verification code was provided to a third party. She is now taking the case to arbitration and has contacted police and the FBI.
