Petrol, diesel margins may jump in Q2FY27, but LPG losses to cap OMC gains: Report

India’s oil marketing companies are projected to experience improved petrol and diesel margins in Q2FY27. Although LPG sales are expected to incur significant losses, the recovery in oil margins remains promising. Refined product supply disruptions contribute to the strong margins in the near term. However, the recovery is sensitive to fluctuations in crude oil prices and government policies.
