Noel Tata’s three children are now Tata Sons shareholders after inheriting shares. They each received two Tata Sons shares from their grandmother, Simone Tata. Simone Tata held eight shares before her passing in December 2025. Her holdings were divided equally among her son and grandchildren. This inheritance marks the first time these individuals appear as shareholders.
