PV Sindhu turns to sports science, S&C in bid for record sixth Worlds medal

PV Sindhu won her biggest title since 2019 at the Japan Open earlier this year. There has been a gradual improvement in results and as she goes for a record sixth BWF World Championships medal, the focus is not just on what’s happening on the court. The 31-year-old has turned to sports science and a strength & conditionining team to iron out the chinks in her armour.
