Ram Temple donation ‘theft’ case: SC tells SIT to submit status report within 2 weeks

The Supreme Court has directed the Special Investigation Team to submit a status report. This report concerns the alleged theft of offerings at the Ayodhya Ram Temple. The court issued this direction while hearing petitions seeking a court-monitored investigation. The Uttar Pradesh government will add a forensic auditor to the SIT. This SIT currently comprises three IPS officers.
