Rs 3.25 lakh meant for father went to wrong account; Karnataka HC orders refund

The court passed the order after hearing a petition filed by the woman who said she had intended to transfer the money to her father but inadvertently sent it to another account. The account belonged to M/s Standard Engineering Works and, according to the petitioner’s case, was dormant.
