Russia faces fresh fuel shortages as refinery attacks disrupt supplies

Authorities in no less than ten territories have reinstated limits on petrol sales, amplifying the strain on resources. This situation is worsened by a notable dip in wholesale gasoline sales since early August, underscoring the susceptibility of Russia’s energy infrastructure to continuous assaults.
