‘Separatist’ OCI card holder in SC, seeks nod to visit Kashmir

Appearing for Qazi, whose OCI card cancellation was annulled by a single judge bench of Delhi high court and appeals against which is pending before a division bench, senior advocate Parag Tripathi told the Supreme Court that the 82-year-old medical practitioner had visited India in the past and given his age and that of his relatives, this may be the last time he would be able to visit Kashmir.
