‘Spirit of country is pluralism’: Owaisi hits back at Amit Shah’s UCC pledge, questions BJP allies’ independence

Asaduddin Owaisi questioned Amit Shah’s Uniform Civil Code announcement for 21 states. He argued the UCC targets Muslims and is not about equality. Owaisi challenged the BJP to implement the UCC framework in Goa. He also criticized laws like the Disturbed Areas Act and love jihad provisions. The ongoing electoral roll revision and past NRC concerns were also highlighted.
