Thief hides in pond for 5 hours to evade arrest, uses lotus stem to breathe

An inter-state thief, Harvinder Singh, was apprehended by Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Jabalpur after a five-hour underwater evasion using a lotus stem. Singh, a notorious offender targeting train passengers, was eventually pulled from a pond and overpowered despite attempts to flee. He is wanted in multiple states for theft and snatching cases.
