Triple murder? 3 deaf-mute rag pickers found dead in rented room in UP

Three deaf and mute individuals were discovered deceased in a rented room. Police officials and forensic experts immediately arrived at the Gari Kala area scene. Initial investigations suggest a possible internal conflict led to their tragic deaths. The landlord and neighbors could not provide definitive identification for the victims.
