‘Under the price cap’: Finland minister backs India on Russian oil imports

In a recent statement, Finland’s foreign minister Elina Valtonen expressed support for India’s decision to acquire Russian oil, emphasizing that New Delhi is operating within the framework of the Western-imposed price cap. She underlined that the intention of the cap is to limit the profits of Russia rather than disrupt international trade.
