Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday flagged off four successful mountaineering expeditions conducted by the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) in Uttarkashi, at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Dehradun.
