Why Jensen Huang says Nvidia wouldn’t exist without Microsoft, and CEO Nadella’s reply

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said “Nvidia was founded because of Windows” during a conversation with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella at Microsoft’s Windows and Surface event in San Francisco. Huang credited Windows 95 and DirectX for Nvidia’s early growth, while Nadella joked about a market cap transfer. The duo also pitched new RTX Spark PCs, including Microsoft’s Surface Laptop Ultra, which start shipping on October 16.
