A 32-year-old woman named Nasreen died after alleged electrocution by her husband. Her husband Israr reportedly administered electric shocks during a dispute over ancestral land. Nasreen’s family property was being pressured for sale by her in-laws. An FIR was filed against Israr and several other family members. Israr has been arrested while other accused individuals remain absconding.
