Woman’s body found stuffed inside blue drum in Punjab; tattoo helps identify victim

Police in Patiala recovered the body of 25-year-old Neha, found stuffed inside a blue plastic drum near the DMW Railway Colony. Her family identified her through social media photographs. Two local youths, known drug users often seen with the victim, have been detained for questioning.
