Employee absent for 24 days won reinstatement from lower courts; SC restores dismissal

The Supreme Court has ruled that employees must update their permanent address with employers. An employee who failed to do so and claimed non-receipt of a disciplinary notice was denied reinstatement. The court emphasized that employers can only communicate using provided addresses and that employees bear the responsibility for informing changes.
