More relief for PM Modi’s friend, civic body nixes permit to BJP MLA’s firm

Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation cancelled construction permission for Seven Eleven company. An additional tehsildar ruled against Seven Eleven and other respondents in a petition. This order is expected to clear the way for Vohra’s name in land records. BJP MLA Narendra Mehta announced relinquishing possession of the disputed land. Mehta stated the land was sold through duly registered transactions.
