Alex Trebek’s former 720-acre California estate, Windfall Farms, has sold at auction for $16.9 million after more than a year on the market. Listed for $33 million in 2025, the Paso Robles property features 387 acres of vineyards, a 6.5-furlong racetrack, four equestrian barns, paddocks, residences and a 10,000-square-foot main house.
