Archaeologists uncover Roman mosaic of cat Emerald and dog Ocean

Archaeologists in Turkey have uncovered a colourful Roman-era mosaic dating back around 1,800 years. Found inside a villa at ancient Adramytteion, the mosaic features 15 panels showing animals and mythological figures. Two animals are named in Greek: a cat called Emerald and a dog called Ocean.
