The government allowed student protests and focused on conducting the NEET re-examination promptly. Culprits involved in paper leaks were arrested and brought before the judicial process. A timely re-examination prevented a year’s academic disruption for students. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned after the successful re-examination process. India also faces inflation risks from external and internal factors this year.
