British Indian peer Lord Ranger wins right to judicial review of CBE annulment

Lord Rami Ranger has successfully challenged the decision to revoke his CBE by King Charles. The revocation was based on allegations of breaching the parliamentary code of conduct. Justice Nathalie Lieven ruled that the decision could be subject to judicial review due to its significant personal consequences. Lord Ranger’s legal team argues that due process was not followed in the decision-making process.
