Nitin Gadkari urges all state governments to allow bike taxis; announces plan for negative points for traffic rule violations
Union minister Nitin Gadkari urged states to allow bike taxis for employment. He also announced a negative point system for traffic violations. This new system will lead to license suspension and cancellation for offenders. A pilot program for driver medical diagnosis was also launched.
