DDA launches housing scheme with 25% discount: 1,200+ flats, starting from Rs 33 lakh

The Delhi Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme for government employees and professionals. This scheme offers over twelve hundred ready-to-move flats with a significant twenty-five percent discount. Registration for these affordable homes opens on July twenty-fourth and booking begins August fifteenth. Flats are located in Narela and will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.
