A Key to the City prepared for child actor Elijah Wood after he filmed Radio Flyer in Novato in the early 1990s sat forgotten at City Hall for over 30 years. The honorary key was finally delivered when a fan met Wood at Fan Expo in San Francisco, leaving the actor surprised and touched.
