‘Fully compliant’: Nestlé India responds to FSSAI action over infant nutrition products

Nestlé India stated its infant nutrition products fully comply with regulations. The company submitted a detailed response to FSSAI regarding promotional claims. FSSAI initiated legal action over alleged non-compliances with infant nutrition product regulations. A separate sample of a Nestlé follow-up formula was found sub-standard. Three adjudication cases have been filed against Nestlé India for these products.
