Govt orders internet shutdown within 4-kilometer radius of Janpath–Kartavya Path ahead of anti-CEC protest

Senior Delhi Police officers on Friday also held a high-level meeting at the police headquarters to review the law-and-order situation ahead CJP’s proposed protest at Jantar Mantar. The meeting focused on assessing the security situation and reviewing arrangements to maintain law and order in the national capital, they said. Officers also examined recent observations made by the Supreme Court, which are expected to feature in the discussions, sources added.
