‘If EC guided by private party, then what remains?’ Calcutta HC

Calcutta high court scrutinized the Election Commission’s handling of symbol allocation amid a political dispute. Justice Krishna Rao indicated possible collusion between the Commission and Democratic Trinamool Congress regarding the symbol.
