Infosys faces €175,000 fine in France over time record system

French labour authorities imposed a fine of €175,000 on Infosys. This penalty was due to its employee time-recording system not meeting local laws. The regional labour authority cited issues with reliability and auditability. Infosys stated the fine will not materially impact its financial performance. The company received the communication from DRIEETS Ile-de-France.
