‘Months of torture’: Bengaluru woman dies by suicide after ‘dowry harassment’

A 31-year-old woman allegedly died by suicide after enduring dowry harassment. Her husband and father-in-law are accused of causing her distress. The deceased’s father filed a complaint with the police regarding the harassment. Police arrested the husband and father-in-law following the complaint. Both accused individuals have been remanded to judicial custody.
