Nicholas Hoult has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $2.2 million after more than a year on the market. The ‘Superman’ star initially listed the midcentury modern property for $2.95 million in 2025, but repeated price cuts failed to attract a buyer. The final sale price was below the $2.33 million he paid in 2018.
