Non-state actors from outside India overwhelming Kuki areas in Manipur, adding to violence: Ex-UNLF chief

Former UNLF chairman Rajkumar Meghen is in Delhi seeking a coalition for peace. He urges economic integration between Kuki and Meitei communities to build trust. Meghen suggests external forces are involved in the ongoing violence in the state. He claims the government has failed to build confidence and stop the conflict. The violence has displaced thousands and claimed many lives since May 2023.
