RTI activist seeks probe into Dipke’s father’s finances; flags Rs 1cr CJP defence fund

An RTI activist has requested an inquiry into the finances of CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke’s father. He also wrote to authorities regarding Kapil Sibal’s announced legal defence fund. The activist questioned the unregistered CJP’s operation as a political party. He asked the Election Commission to verify the CJP’s registration status. The activist also asked GST authorities to check tax on Sibal’s pledged amount.
