Rupee gains for fourth straight session as dollar weakens, oil prices remain below $90

The Indian Rupee strengthened for a fourth straight session on Wednesday. It gained five paise against the US dollar, reaching 95.77. This rise was supported by a softer American currency and lower crude oil prices. Improved domestic equity sentiment and foreign investor buying also boosted the rupee. Market participants watched the dollar index and crude oil price movements closely.
