‘Special 26’: Sacked employee teams up with I-T officials to target ex-boss in ‘raid’

Six individuals, including three women, were arrested by Andheri police for a fake raid. The accused posed as Income Tax and crime branch officials during the incident. They allegedly abducted a businessman and his wife from their office premises. The group demanded a sum of Rs 1 crore to settle the fabricated case. Police are examining seized phones to uncover the full conspiracy and identify associates.
