Stray bullet kills ex-brigadier: How Dehradun nightclub bill dispute spiraled into road shootout

A retired Brigadier, Mukesh Kumar Joshi, was tragically killed by a stray bullet during an exchange of fire between occupants of two SUVs. The incident, initially thought to be road rage, stemmed from a billing dispute at a nightclub the previous night. Police have arrested four individuals and are pursuing others involved in the deadly confrontation.
