Sydney gardener Nathan Stafford offered a homeless man named Robert a chance to earn money instead of simply giving him spare change. After helping Stafford clear leaves from a street in the rain, Robert received $100. Stafford, who has experienced homelessness himself, said he wanted to give Robert respect, dignity and a sense of purpose, and also arranged food and warm clothes for him.
