TMC neta accused of graft tonsured, paraded with garland of shoes by villagers, arrested

A Trinamool leader accused of extensive corruption, including embezzlement and land grabbing, was publicly humiliated by villagers in Howrah. Residents shaved his head, garbed him in a shoe garland, and paraded him before handing him over to the police, who have since arrested him.
