Twisha’s mom-in-law and retired judge Giribala Singh to argue her own case in HC

A vacation bench of the MP High Court will hear a petition on Monday seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail for retired district judge Giribala Singh. She is accused in the dowry death case of her daughter-in-law, Twisha Singh. Twisha’s family approached the High Court after the retired judge was granted bail by a Bhopal sessions court.
