UK billionaire gets green light for 40-acre solar farm at Wiltshire estate

Hedge fund billionaire Chris Rokos has secured Wiltshire Council approval for a 40-acre solar farm at his 4,500-acre Savernake Estate despite neighbour objections. The ground-mounted panels are expected to generate 794,600 kWh of electricity annually, supplying a significant share of the energy needs of the renovated 100-bedroom Tottenham House in Wiltshire.
