Uttar Pradesh’s real estate sector is set to expand with the approval of 12 new projects. These projects will involve a total investment of Rs 1,663.85 crore across six districts. Lucknow will receive the largest share with four projects totaling 1,972 units. Ghaziabad and Hapur follow with several residential projects also approved. Authorities emphasize compliance with regulations and timely project completion to protect homebuyers’ interests.
