Venezuela’s acting president, Delcy Rodriguez, is in India for a five-day visit aimed at boosting energy cooperation and exploring trade, investment, and technology partnerships. This visit comes as India seeks to diversify its oil sources amidst West Asian disruptions. Rodriguez will hold talks with Prime Minister Modi, building on existing energy ties, including a joint venture with ONGC Videsh.
