Vishakha Rathod, a suspect in a financial fraud case, was deported from the UAE. She was apprehended by Maharashtra Police upon her arrival at Pune Airport. This successful operation highlights India’s commitment to bringing fugitives back home. Law enforcement agencies located seventy-one wanted fugitives abroad in the past year. This marks the highest number of overseas traces recorded in twelve years.
