Widow sought rail compensation; ticket bought 4 hours after train left, Delhi High Court rejects

The Delhi High Court has refused to award compensation in a case involving the death of a man who was allegedly killed after falling from a moving train. The Delhi High Court found that the claimant could not establish the basic requirement of proving that the deceased was a bona fide passenger travelling on the train concerned.
