William Davis, a 22-year-old defensive back at Sam Houston State University, has died unexpectedly, according to official statements shared with TMZ Sports. Davis recently transferred from Virginia Union University and had joined the Bearkats for spring football workouts. Head coach Phil Longo remembered him as a positive and passionate teammate.
